• The City of Maple Grove and Maple Grove Transit are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked at any of our park-and-ride facilities.

• The City of Maple Grove and Maple Grove Transit cannot guarantee that every person who desires to park at our park-and-ride facilities will be able to obtain a parking stall. The number of parking stalls is a fixed quantity and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

• The City of Maple Grove and Maple Grove Transit cannot guarantee that every person who desires to ride a specific Maple Grove bus or trip on any given day will be able to do so, due to buses having a fixed seating and standing capacity. Bus use is available on a first come, first serve basis.

• The City of Maple Grove pledges that you will have access to all our programs, services and benefits without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or socioeconomic status.
