| Transit Award Nominations |

The Maple Grove Transit Commission accepts year round nominations for its Distinguished Service Award. The awards are presented to the individuals who have significantly contributed to the successful day-to-day operation of the Maple Grove Transit System over the past year. Nominations are reviewed by the Transit Commission each January and awards are presented in March.
With each nomination please include as much of the following information that you know:
- Nominee's name
- Occupation/Company name
- Route/Trip information
- Describe the general basis for your nomination
- Include your name and phone number
Nominations should be submitted via email.
