A building permit is required for decks, pools, porches, garages and sheds, basement finishes, additions, reroofing, residing, window and door replacements, interior remodeling. Permits are not needed for.... Mechanical and plumbing permits are available online using ePermits. Building permits may be required based on the project, email the building department or call 763-494-6060.
General information and permit applications are available at the building department located at the Maple Grove Government Center.
Completed and signed applications may be faxed to 763-494-6417, or returned to the building department.
