  How do I make a reservation? 
  Call 763-494-6507 between the weekday hours of 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with a number where you can be reached during these hours. You can also email the Reservation Coordinator with the date, time and anticipated attendance. 

  How soon can I make a reservation? 
  Residents and Maple Grove businesses can make a reservation 12 months in advance. Only one reservation is allowed on the books at anytime.  Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.  

  Anything else I should know? There is no smoking, alcohol use or selling of products allowed. Refunds will be issued only if cancelled 30 days prior to the event date. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, but events may be rescheduled. Groups over 100 will use the special use permit  Items brought to the pavilion include and will use special use permit  large grills other electrical sources amplified music tents tables and chairs or other temporary equipment
