Eagle Lake Community Building

  • For groups less than 50 people why not reserve the Eagle Lake Community Building located at Thoresen Neighborhood Park. 
  • Maximum capacity is 49 people
  • Fully accessible kitchen, deck, tables and chairs
  • West of Highway 169 and 63rd Ave N, at Thoresen Special Use Park
  • Outdoor ice skating in the winter 
  • Playground, small ballfield and shoreline fishing in the summer

How much will it cost?

This room is free for residents of Maple Grove and the non-resident rate is $100.00 per day.  The damage deposit is $100.00.  Additional fees may apply.

Can I reserve the Eagle Lake Community building for my private group event? 
Yes

How do I make a reservation? 
Call 763-494-6507 between the weekday hours of 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with a number where you can be reached during these hours. You can also email the Reservation Coordinator with the date, time and anticipated attendance. 

How soon can I make a reservation? 
Residents and Maple Grove businesses can make a reservation 12 months in advance. Only one reservation is allowed on the books at anytime.  Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Anything else I should know?

  • There is no smoking, alcohol use or selling of products allowed.
  • Refunds for permits will be issued only if canceled 30 days prior to the event date.
  • There will be no refunds due to any inclement weather conditions, but it can be rescheduled.
