Below is a list of projects in Maple Grove that are either underway or are planned for construction within the next 12 months.
County Road 10 (Bass Lake Road): The City of Maple Grove is in the process of reconstructing CSAH (County State Aid Highway) 10 to a four lane divided roadway from the Corcoran/Maple Grove boundary to Vicksburg Lane. This project has been divided into two phases. Phase I, from the Maple Grove west City Limits to approximately Peony Lane, is essentially complete except for some final restoration and the completion of the trails.
Phase II, from Peony Lane to Vicksburg Lane, has begun construction activities. More information on this project can be found at the Bass Lake Road (CSAH 10) Reconstruction Project page.
Bass Lake Road Construction Project Update:
Construction activities have stopped for the winter season. Road work should start up again in April of 2012, as weather conditions allow. Highway 610:
On August 19th, TH 610 opened in Maple Grove. Access to 610 in Maple Grove is provided at Zachary Lane, Elm Creek Boulevard and along County Road 81 at Elm Creek Boulevard. The new Highway 610 alignment includes nearly three miles of four-lane highway from Highway 169 in Brooklyn Park to County Road 81 in Maple Grove. The project includes two interchanges, three overpasses, a pedestrian bridge and noisewalls.
