| Public Works Seasonal Load Limits |

In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, all city roads within the City of Maple Grove shall be restricted to FIVE (5) TON PER AXLE during the period to be determined by the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation.
In the event the City Engineer determines that a road will have a restriction other than five (5) ton per axle or that the period shall be other than designated by the Department of Transportation, the applicable city roads shall be posted accordingly with a weight restriction sign.
Permits may be issued during the restriction period for emergency situations or as approved by the City Engineer.
