To get a copy of a police report, request information or public records you will need to complete the Information Disclosure Request and return it to the Public Safety Facility.  You may fax it to 763-494-6431.

The request will be completed in 5 - 7 business days.  Once completed staff will notify you that the report is ready to be picked up and if there are any fees.
