Combining all areas of operation, there are 43 benefit earning employees and nearly 500 seasonal employees working for the Park Board annually. 

The operation includes providing recreation programs for over 39,000 participants annually; offering great playtime and social experiences for over 740,000 visitors to the Maple Grove Community Center annually; and maintaining nearly 1000 acres of parkland in the City. 

In addition the Park Board is also involved with the parkland acquisition as new developments come into the City.
